Intro

We recommend that each new client starts with some introductory classes before moving on to Studio or Mat classes. During this session we will analyze your posture, assess your body alignment and we introduce you to the core Pilates principles. This way you can start the STUDIO or MAT sessions with the essential principles fresh in mind and we, as instructors, can tailor a program to your needs.

You can attend this studio class tailored at your needs and objectives. Suitable for anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and performance, even people in a later stage of rehabilitation will find it usefull because of its low impact.

Our Studio sessions are semi-private trainings with two persons a session (duet session). You will train on the newest state of the art and innovative, Balanced Body Allegro II Reformer. A dynamic Pilates training on the equipment where we combine exercises building core strength and flexibility.

MAT

Our Mat classes are group exercises in which each client follows the same sequence. We limit each group to a maximum of 4 persons to guarantee personal attention and to promote a better concentration. The MAT class takes around 50 minutes and is build around the basic Pilates principles, correct breathing, body alignment and the balance between strength and flexibility within the body.

In a fun way we get the young people introduced to the Pilates MAT exercises. They learn to move with harmony and grace, they will have the opportunity to refine their gross motor skills, their balance and posture and to gain self-confidence. We want to promote creativity, movement and harmony in small groups of max. 6. So the kids the principle and a healthy life style.

This class is built for people above 60 years. You notice changes, like loss in muscular mass, loss in balance and strength, osteoporosis, or other common pathologies and feel the need to train your body in an appropriate way, with special care, and attention for difficulties and risks of every individual. Combi

In our combi classes we create a complete training by combining one Mat class with one Studio class a week.

You´ll get to know both ways to practice Pilates, a mix that will boost your motivation because of the variety and diversity in equipment, props and levels of training. Besides you´ll benefit the satisfactory results both modules offer.
